Dual Racking System with Durable Lining

Maximise your van’s storage potential with this dual racking system with durable lining, designed specifically for taller vans such as the VW Crafter, Mercedes Sprinter, and similar-sized vehicles. With racking on both sides, this setup provides an efficient, well-organised workspace that keeps all your tools and equipment secure, accessible, and neatly arranged.

On the driver side, the racking includes a divider system along with angled shelving capable of holding up to nine toolboxes, ensuring quick and easy access to essential tools. In between, there are two large storage compartments, ideal for holding bulkier equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, generator, power tool cases, or large cable reels. Additionally, divider slots along the top of the racking provide a convenient space for storing smaller items, making them easily accessible when needed.

On the passenger, the setup features flat, lipped-edge shelving, perfect for storing longer items such as spirit levels, pipe benders, or conduit. The open design allows for larger or irregularly shaped tools and materials, ensuring everything has a designated place without compromising accessibility.

To enhance durability, both the floor and bulkhead are lined, providing a robust, hard-wearing surface that can withstand the daily demands of professional use. Additionally, the bulkhead lining offers the flexibility to add custom fittings, such as coat hooks or tool holders, for even more personalised storage solutions.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
