Plywood storage and self racking is an effective and low-cost way of creating plenty more space for the interior of your van. Our shelf racking is designed to fit over the wheelbox and is suitable for Vauxhall Vivairo 2019 on L1 H1 (Part of French Van Group), Citroen Dispatch, Peugeot Expert, Toyota Proace/City, Fiat Scudo.

Important Information and Terms

• Due to the variations in van models and ply lining styles, some cutting may be necessary to achieve the desired fit.
• Due to the natural characteristics of plywood, the appearance of the grain may vary in colour and pattern.
• The hexaphonic ply comes in a dark brown finish. Please note that this product may occasionally be prone to chipping.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Prior to purchasing, please ensure that the product is suitable for your van. If unsure, please contact us.
• Any mistakes made by the customer that require replacement of additional ply lining or racking items will be charged at full price.
• Our products are designed to be secured to the metal framework of the van using self-tapping screws. However, ply lining the van offers an additional range of fitting points.
• We offer fitting at our workshop in Shrewsbury at an additional cost.
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to fitting will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made within 48hrs of fitting will be charged at 100%.
