Terms and Conditions of Ply Van Racking
These terms outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and us, Ply Van Racking Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking an installation with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
All products are selected and fitted by us at our premises in Shrewsbury. Customers are responsible for choosing their van racking configuration either via our website or in consultation with us. We do not ship goods.
2. Bookings and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation date.
Prices are clearly displayed on our website and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Any changes made to an existing design advertised on our website will be charged at £50 per hour for additional design work involved.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the following charges apply:
More than 2 weeks’ notice: No charge.
Within 2 weeks: 25% of total booking cost.
Within 1 week: 50% of total booking cost.
Within 48 hours: 100% of total booking cost (no refund).
These fees reflect the preparation and scheduling required for custom fitting work.
4. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to make changes to your order or fitting requirements, please contact us as early as possible. Changes may affect the booking date or total cost.
5. Liability
We will carry out all installations to a professional standard. However, we are not responsible for:
Damage caused by misuse of products after fitting.
Modifications made to our fittings by third parties.
Missed appointments caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
