The full-length racking layout ensures both sides of the van are fully utilised without compromising movement through the centre aisle. The combination of divider racking, angled shelving, and box storage provides flexibility for both small tools and larger equipment, allowing everything to remain neatly separated and easy to locate.

The integrated drop-down desk creates a practical working surface for paperwork, laptop use, job planning, and measuring tasks. Positioned beneath divider racking and above a dedicated storage compartment, this unit keeps essential items close at hand while maintaining a clean and structured layout.

Across the bulkhead, the built-in workbench provides a solid and reliable preparation area inside the van, ideal for tool setup, minor repairs, or organising materials before heading onto site. The shelving above further enhances accessibility for frequently used tools.

On the opposite side, Euro box container racking for up to 10 boxes offers structured storage for fixings, components, and consumables. Combined with additional box shelving, a lower storage section, and a top shelf, the system delivers high-capacity organisation without overcrowding the interior.

Designed for larger vans where maximum space utilisation is essential, this dual-side racking system creates a professional, efficient, and well-balanced mobile workspace that supports productivity throughout the working day.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
