The racking and drawer unit for small vans is a durable, space-efficient storage solution designed to maximise organisation while keeping tools and equipment secure and easily accessible. Suitable for both SWB and LWB small work vans, this setup creates a stable and practical working environment built to handle daily trade use.
This raised floor and angled racking system is designed to maximise usable space in compact vans while keeping tools organised, secure and easy to access throughout the working day. By combining underfloor storage with structured racking above, this setup creates a practical and efficient load area without sacrificing headroom or walk space.
The half false floor forms the foundation of the system, providing a strong working platform while unlocking valuable storage beneath. Integrated into the floor is a full-length pull-out drawer, ideal for securely storing tools, fixings and frequently used equipment. Alongside the drawer, dedicated ladder storage allows longer items to be carried safely and out of the way, keeping the main load area clear.
Mounted on top of the raised floor is angled racking, purpose-built for toolboxes, power tools and storage trays. The angled design keeps equipment firmly positioned during transit while allowing fast access on site, making it ideal for tradespeople who need to work efficiently.
Forward of the angled racking sits a full-height Euro box container racking unit which provides structured storage for smaller components, fixings and consumables, ensuring everything has a dedicated place and remains easy to find.

Important Information and Terms
- Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
- Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
- Do not overload racking with heavy items.
- Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
- Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
