Compact Van Racking System with Armorgard Vault

This smart and compact van racking system with Armorgard vault is tailored for tradespeople who need a secure and versatile layout without overwhelming the van’s interior space. Designed with both function and form in mind, this setup makes use of every inch – while still keeping the load area accessible and practical.

A small false floor is installed on the right-hand side, featuring an integrated Armorgard vault, providing robust, lockable storage for high-value tools. Built into the rest of the floor area is dedicated space for trestle tables, a box shelf unit for larger equipment, and a generator bay with open front access.

Above the generator space are horizontal shelves, ideal for storing levels, small lengths of pipe, or other long tools that need to be quickly accessible but safely stowed. Adjacent to this is a compact upright compartment, offering vertical storage for slim or narrow items like work mats, folding rulers, or safety signage.

To the left-hand side of the van, the setup is finished with floor-height divider racking, providing neatly spaced compartments for smaller tools, parts, or consumables – keeping everything organised and easy to grab during the working day.

This layout is perfect for tradespeople who use a generator on-site and need a tailored space to transport it safely, while still benefiting from flexible shelving, secure storage, and tidy organisation. With its clean finish and clever use of space, this compact system delivers maximum utility in a neat, well-balanced package.

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
