Dual Access Raised Floor and Racking Unit

This dual access raised floor and racking unit is designed to make full use of vans with twin sliding doors, offering organised storage, secure underfloor space, and fast access to tools from both sides of the vehicle. By combining a full false floor with modular racking zones, the layout keeps equipment neatly separated while maintaining a clear working area.

The raised floor incorporates a pull-out drawer for everyday tools and equipment, alongside integrated split level ladder and pipe storage positioned to the side of the drawer. This underfloor layout allows longer items to be transported safely while keeping heavier tools low for improved stability.

Along the driver side, Euro box container racking provides organised storage for smaller parts and consumables, while angled racking holds toolboxes securely in place. The sliding door opens directly onto a dedicated storage zone designed for Milwaukee boxes, allowing quick external access without needing to enter the rear of the van, while the rear face of the unit remains flat and can be used for fitting hooks to hang coats, cables or everyday site equipment.

On the passenger side, Euro box container racking for nine boxes offers high-capacity organisation for fixings, accessories and components, keeping frequently used items clearly visible and easy to reach.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
