Pipe Storage and Racking System

This full-length pipe storage and racking system is designed for large vans where high storage capacity, flexibility and efficient access are essential.

The driver side features a comprehensive mix of storage options, including adjustable divider racking for smaller items, angled racking for toolboxes and trays, and open shelving for larger equipment. An additional tier of divider racking runs along the top shelf, maximising vertical space without restricting access below.

A standout feature of this system is the integrated pipe storage section, made up of six individual channels designed to safely carry pipes of varying lengths. These can be accessed from both the rear of the van and the side of the racking unit, making loading and unloading quick and convenient on site.

The passenger side is fitted with full-height divider racking, providing further organised storage for fixings, consumables and hand tools while keeping the central floor area clear for movement and larger items.

The adjustable divider racking allows compartment sizes to be easily changed, making it simple to adapt the layout as tools and stock requirements evolve. This flexibility ensures everything from fixings to hand tools remains securely stored and easy to locate.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
