Unlike setups with a false floor, this design retains the full internal height of your van, allowing for greater flexibility and ease of movement while ensuring your tools and materials are neatly organised.

A standout feature of this system is the large pipe storage compartment, capable of accommodating pipes and conduit up to 3m in length when running through the bulkhead. This dedicated space ensures secure and efficient transportation of longer materials, preventing damage and keeping them safely out of the way.

For optimal organisation, the racking setup includes Euro box container racking designed to hold up to 12 boxes, providing a practical solution for storing small items, fixings, and accessories. Alongside this, there are four large storage compartments, each offering spacious and easily accessible storage. These compartments also feature external side access, making them ideal for vans equipped with two sliding side doors, ensuring quick and convenient tool retrieval from either side of the vehicle.

On the right-hand side, the system is completed with a three-shelf divider racking unit featuring interchangeable slots, allowing you to customise the space to suit your specific storage needs. Whether storing hand tools, power tools, or specialist equipment, this adaptable shelving ensures everything is securely stored and within reach.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
