By combining a half false floor with modular racking and dedicated storage zones, the layout keeps tools secure, accessible, and neatly separated throughout the working day.
The raised floor creates valuable underfloor storage, housing a Van Vault security drawer, a half-width pull-out drawer, integrated ladder storage, and three-section pipe storage for carrying longer materials safely and efficiently. Above the false floor, euro box racking holds up to nine containers for fixings, consumables, and smaller tools, keeping everything clearly visible and easy to reach.
Forward of the euro boxes, purpose-built shelving is configured to accommodate Milwaukee Packout systems, alongside open storage for larger equipment such as a hoover or site gear. Additional storage spaces beneath the racking are designed specifically for step ladders, maximising every area of the van without restricting movement.
The entire load area is finished with durable rubber matting, providing a non-slip surface that protects the floor while improving safety and usability.

Important Information and Terms
- Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
- Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
- Do not overload racking with heavy items.
- Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
- Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
