Raised Floor and Racking System for Plumbers

This raised floor and racking system for plumbers is designed to create a practical, organised working van while maximising secure storage and usable floor space. Built for long wheelbase vans, the layout combines heavy-duty pull-out drawers with dedicated pipe storage and structured racking to keep tools and materials easy to access throughout the day.

The full false floor houses two large sliding drawers for secure tool storage, along with integrated pipe sections ideal for copper, plastic and longer materials. A floor hatch at the rear allows additional storage space behind the drawers, making full use of the van’s length without cluttering the load area.

Along the driver side, divider racking keeps fittings, components and smaller tools neatly separated, while a silicone tube holder fixed to the end of the racking provides quick access for sealants and adhesives. The result is a clean, efficient layout designed specifically around the needs of plumbing professionals.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
