The half raised floor houses two integrated Bunker secure storage vaults, providing robust, lockable protection for high-value tools and equipment. Positioned between the vaults is twin pipe storage, allowing longer materials to be transported safely without reducing usable load space.
Along the driver side, full-length racking maximises vertical storage capacity. Euro box container racking holds up to nine boxes for organised fixings and components, while double-width angled racking securely accommodates power toolboxes and frequently used gear.
The full length of the floor is finished with durable rubber matting, creating a protected, non-slip working surface.

The passenger side is intentionally left clear, providing generous open space on top of the false floor for larger equipment, materials or free movement within the van. This open layout can also be customised with additional divider racking or Euro box container racking if required.
By combining secure underfloor storage with structured side racking and open working space, this system creates a highly practical and professional van setup. It is ideal for tradespeople who need both security and efficient organisation without overcrowding the vehicle interior.

Important Information and Terms
- Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
- Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
- Do not overload racking with heavy items.
- Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
- Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
