This well-thought-out van racking system with dual side access is designed to maximise space, accessibility, and security – ideal for tradespeople who need a durable and practical fit-out.
At the core is a half false floor that incorporates a secure Armorgard vault, a pull-out drawer with a weight capacity of 100kg, and central pipe storage for safely carrying lengths of conduit or pipe. This floor layout makes the most of underfloor space while maintaining generous headroom above.
On each side of the van, two connected racking units run between the sliding doors, joining in the middle to create deep, full-length shelving accessible from both side doors. This clever configuration allows you to grab tools and materials from either side, improving workflow and saving time on the job. The shelving includes a mix of horizontal and vertical compartments, giving you the flexibility to store a variety of equipment, boxes, and accessories. Beneath this structure is integrated ladder storage, which keeps long ladders secure and out of the way without interfering with upper storage space.
At the front of the van, mounted against a false bulkhead, is a second section of racking that features U-shaped flat shelving. This wide, open layout is ideal for tools, cases, or odd-shaped items, offering full-width storage that’s easy to access and neatly arranged.

- Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
- Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
- Do not overload racking with heavy items.
- Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
- Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
