This raised floor and racking unit is perfectly suited for vans with twin sliding doors, offering practical access, organised tool storage, and smart space utilisation for busy professionals on the move. It is suitable for both short and long-wheelbase vehicles, including the Renault Trafic, Ford Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro and similar sized-vehicles.

The half raised floor features a pull-out drawer on one side and dedicated ladder storage on the other – keeping long items secure and out of the way, while maintaining valuable space above for equipment and movement.

Along the driver’s side, the system includes double angled shelving for up to 10 toolboxes, ideal for storing everything from power tools to modular cases. Just beside this, a large box shelving unit offers open, versatile storage for bigger gear or job-specific equipment that needs quick access.

One of the key benefits of this design is the external access from one of the sliding doors, where three rear-facing compartments provide quick entry to stacked toolboxes like Milwaukee Packouts or DeWalt TStak boxes. This makes it ideal for twin-door vans, as it allows you to grab what you need externally, improving site efficiency and reducing van entry time.

On the passenger side, a divider racking unit offers a series of neatly spaced compartments for smaller tools, parts, or fixings – keeping everything well-organised and secure in transit.

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
