This full raised floor and racking system is designed for tradespeople who need to combine maximum storage, smart organisation, and a clean, professional finish. Built to run the entire length of the van, this setup transforms your load space into a highly efficient mobile workspace, ensuring every item – from the largest ladder to the smallest fitting – has a dedicated place.

The raised floor platform offers two spacious compartments beneath: one specifically designed to house pipework and conduit up to 3 metres in length, and the other as a large ladder storage area, both easily accessible while keeping the van interior clutter-free. At the rear of the floor, a built-in hatch adds even more functionality, allowing you to make the most of every inch of storage space – perfect for items that need to be stowed but still accessed quickly.

The driver’s side racking features a combination of angled shelving – ideal for securely storing toolboxes or power tools – and Euro box container racking to hold up to 9 boxes, making it easy to keep small parts and consumables neatly organised and accessible. On the passenger side, a divider racking unit offers flexible shelving compartments, ideal for keeping hand tools, fixings, or specialist equipment visible and secure.

Built for durability and everyday use, this system is both robust and practical. The standard ply or hex finish gives it a professional appearance while also offering a sturdy surface that’s built to withstand the rigours of daily trade work.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
