A large van gives you room for a proper mobile workshop — but only if the space is planned. Left to fill up on its own, it becomes a long walk to the bulkhead past everything you didn't need. Every layout here is designed and built at our Shrewsbury workshop for medium and long wheelbase vans, with fitting included in the price.

Our large van systems are built for rear barn doors, and we confirm your exact model and wheelbase before anything is cut. If your van isn't listed, get in touch — we fit all the major manufacturers.

Choosing a layout

• Maximum small-parts storage: Euro box high capacity racking runs a full-length wall of separated, visible containers.
• Pipe and long materials: a pipe storage and racking system keeps full lengths straight alongside divider racking and shelving.
• Somewhere to work: dual-side racking with workbench and desk adds a drop-down desk for paperwork, laptops and measuring up.
• Milwaukee Packout: Packout racking for large vans combines case storage with secure underfloor space.
• Bulky kit and site equipment: deep shelving on both sides keeps a clear walkway through the centre.
• Sheets and a clear floor: a false floor with integrated sheet and drawer storage keeps everything below deck and the load area open.

Built for heavy daily use

Every system is made from natural birch ply or hex phenolic and fixed securely into the van. A racking-only or drawer-only system takes half a day; drawers with racking, or racking with ply lining, is a full day. Every installation carries a 12-month warranty, and you can spread the cost.
