This smartly designed racking and drawer system with vault storage offers the perfect balance of secure storage, open space, and accessibility – ideal for tradespeople looking to keep their setup efficient without overcrowding the van.

Ideal for short wheelbase vans, the system features a half false floor that maximises storage while still maintaining a spacious feel throughout the vehicle. Beneath the floor, you’ll find a half-size pull-out drawer, ideal for smaller tools and everyday essentials, with dedicated ladder storage directly below. Also built into the floor is an open-ended pipe storage compartment, accessible from the rear and designed to allow pipework and conduit up to 3 metres in length to run through the bulkhead. This makes transporting longer materials easy, secure, and safe.

Security is a top priority, and this layout includes an Armorgard vault built directly into the floor – providing robust protection for valuable tools or equipment, complete with a locking mechanism for peace of mind while on the job or in transit.

On the right-hand side, the racking features angled shelving, perfectly suited for holding toolboxes such as Milwaukee Packouts, allowing for quick access while keeping everything securely in place. Alongside, you’ll find three large open storage compartments, perfect for bulkier tools, power tools, or larger equipment such as vacuum cleaners, cable reels, or batteries. The unit if finished off with Euro box container racking for 9 boxes, ideal for storing fixings, small parts, and loose items.

One of the standout aspects of this setup is open layout on the left-hand side, which keeps the van feeling spacious, accessible, and easy to move around in. This design is perfect for those who want to maintain flexibility in their layout – whether for carrying large equipment or simply moving more freely within the space.

Finished in either standard ply or hex, this racking and drawer system with vault storage combines functionality, security, and a streamlined layout, making it a smart choice for professionals who want their workspace to work just as hard as they do.

Important Information and Terms

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
