At the core of the design are heavy-duty Armorgard vault units, manufactured from robust 1.5mm corrugated steel for outstanding durability. Built to withstand daily trade use, these secure drawers provide dependable protection for high-value tools and equipment. Each vault runs on a smooth roller system for reliable operation and features recessed handles for a streamlined finish. Fitted with twin 5-lever deadlocks, the system offers enhanced security whether the vehicle is on-site, parked overnight, or left unattended.

Positioned neatly between the vault units is dedicated pipe storage, allowing long lengths of conduit or pipework to be safely transported under the floor. This keeps materials protected, prevents movement during transit, and frees up the main load area for larger equipment and tools.

Alongside the vault units, the setup incorporates a practical pull-out drawer accessible from the sliding door. This allows quick access to frequently used tools and smaller items without needing to climb into the rear of the van, improving workflow and reducing downtime during busy working days.

The raised floor itself creates a strong, level platform while keeping the underfloor area organised and secure. With no fixed racking above, the full load space remains open and adaptable. This makes the system ideal for transporting larger equipment, materials, or bulky items, while still maintaining secure storage beneath.

• Free fitting is included at our workshop in Shrewsbury.
• Due to the nature of plywood being a natural based product, the visual aspect of the grain may vary in colour or style.
• Drawers can carry a maximum weight of 100KG.
• Any errors made by the customer resulting in additional ply lining or ply racking items being replaced will be charged at full price.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks will be charged at 25%, within 1 week, charged at 50% and 100% if made within 48 hours.
