Optimise your van’s storage with our premium ply racking system, engineered for the demands of professionals. This system integrates a sturdy false floor with two heavy-duty rear drawers, each capable of holding up to 100kg, ensuring your tools and equipment are securely stored and easily accessible.

The design also features convenient ladder and pipe storage, adaptable Euro box racking, shelving to the bulkhead, and angled racking for your toolboxes. These elements allow for optimal organisation, keeping everything tidy and within reach to streamline your workflow.

Combining robust construction with versatile functionality, this racking system provides a comprehensive solution for safeguarding and organising your tools, enhancing both efficiency and productivity.

This ply van racking system is suitable for both long and short-wheel base vans. The long-wheel base model holds 21 Euro boxes, with the short-wheel base holding 18.

Please note: Euro boxes are not included in the price. These can be purchased at an additional cost of £11 + VAT each.

If you require fitting at our workshop in Shrewsbury, there is an additional charge of £150 + VAT.

Important Information and Terms

• Due to the natural characteristics of plywood, the appearance of the grain may vary in colour and pattern.
• The hexaphelonic ply comes in a dark brown finish. Please note that this product may occasionally be prone to chipping.
• Do not overload racking with heavy items.
• Prior to purchasing, please ensure that the product is suitable for your van. If unsure, please contact us.
• Please be aware that the item is unshaped.  You can either shape it yourself or a local carpenter will be able to do this for you.
• Any mistakes made by the customer that require replacement of additional ply lining or racking items will be charged at full price.
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to fitting will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made within 48hrs of fitting will be charged at 100%.
