Your deposit is refundable
Refunded in full any time before we cut your materials — which, booking this far ahead, means for months. And if you go ahead it comes off your invoice, so it was never an extra charge.
Your delivery can slip, free of charge
Give us 5 working days' notice and we'll move your slot as many times as the dealer moves you, with your deposit, your discount and your price all carrying over. All we ask is the notice — inside that, the day is reserved for your van and we can't refill it.
Your price is held for 6 months
The figure we quote is the figure you pay for 6 months from the day you reserve.

Reserve your slot
Tell us the van you've ordered and roughly when it lands. We hold the week, and take a £250 refundable deposit once the date is agreed — deducted from your invoice if you go ahead.
We design it while you wait
Your fit-out gets planned and quoted during the months you'd otherwise be waiting. Nothing is rushed, and you approve the design before anything is cut.
Your van arrives
Delivery moved? Tell us at least 5 working days before your slot and we move it free of charge, with your price held. Dealer dates slip constantly — that isn't your problem to absorb.
Straight in, fitted, working
Drive it off the forecourt and to us. It goes in the week it lands and comes out a working van, rather than sitting empty for a month.

Questions about Van Ready
What if my delivery date moves?
Tell us at least 5 working days before your slot and we'll move it free of charge, as many times as the dealer moves you — your deposit, your discount and your quoted price all carry over. Dealer dates slip constantly and that shouldn't cost you anything. Inside that we retain £150 of your deposit, because the day is set aside for your van and we can't fill it at that notice. The rest still comes off your invoice.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full, right up until we cut your materials — and since we don't cut until your design is approved, that's months away when you reserve. If your van order falls through or you change your mind before then, you get the £250 back. If you go ahead, it comes off your final invoice rather than being charged on top.
Is the £250 the whole deposit?
No — it's a reservation fee that holds your fitting date before there's a design or a price. Our standard 50% deposit falls due later, once you've approved the design and we've scheduled the build. The balance is payable when the work is finished. The £250 comes off the total, so you're not paying anything extra for booking early.
What exactly does the 10% apply to?
10% off the quoted price of your racking, drawers and storage, on orders of £500 + VAT or more. Ply lining kits are excluded. It comes off the same prices published on this site, not off an inflated list price, and fitting is included as standard, as it is on every job we do.
How far ahead can I book?
As far ahead as you like. Your quoted price is held for 6 months from the date you reserve — if your van is further out than that, we confirm the price nearer the time. The 10% is a September offer either way: reserve by 30 September 2026 to get it, wherever your fitting date ends up falling. There's no minimum notice either — if your van lands next week and we have a slot free, it still applies.
When does the 10% offer end?
Reserve by 30 September 2026 and the 10% is yours. Your fitting date can be later than that — it's the reservation that has to be in by the end of September, not the work. After that we're still glad to book you in, just at our normal prices.
Are there any conditions?
Three. The 10% applies to orders of £500 + VAT or more, ply lining kits are excluded, and you need to reserve by 30 September 2026. Beyond that it comes off our published prices, fitting included as always.
Why book now rather than when the van lands?
September is the busiest month of the year for new vans, and they all want fitting in the same few weeks. There are only so many fitting days in the month. Booking ahead gets you the date you want and the 10%; leaving it until the van is on your drive means taking whatever is left.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Reserving the slot comes first. The design happens during the wait, and you approve it before anything is built. If you'd rather talk it through in person, book a free consultation and bring the tools you carry.
Can I do this for a fleet?
Yes, and it's where it works best. Fleet vehicles are ordered furthest ahead, and reserving slots early means the whole batch goes through the workshop as the vans land rather than queueing afterwards.
